Klaebo, who is after a clean sweep of men's cross country golds, is tied with two other cross country athletes Marit Bjorgen and Bjorn Daehlie and biathlete Ole Einar Bjorndalen at the top of the record book. The next men's event is Sunday. Klaebo and Norway are favored to win the 4x7.5-kilometer relay.

Lindsey Vonn crashed out in the women’s downhill on Sunday and had to be airlifted off the mountain, coming short of her comeback campaign. Her teammate, Breezy Johnson, won Team USA’s first medal (a gold).

Mikaela Shiffrin, a legendary slalom skier, wasn't able to hold the lead Breezy Johnson built in the downhill portion of the the women's alpine skiing team combined event.
